Our services

Be4isbev is a padel centre offering three bookable services:
Court Hire — 60 minutes — NZ$60 per court (1–4 players; independent play, no coach)
One-to-One Coaching — 60 minutes — NZ$95 per session (1 participant; coach-led)
Small-Group Training — 90 minutes — NZ$70 per participant (2–4 participants; coach-led)
All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST.

How a booking is made

You submit a request through the Contact form by choosing a service and providing your preferred date, time, number of participants and experience level. Submitting the form alone does not create a confirmed booking, does not guarantee availability and does not take payment.
A booking is confirmed only once Be4isbev has confirmed the service, date, start time, number of participants, total price and payment arrangements, and you have accepted that confirmed arrangement.

Payment

No payment is taken when your request is submitted. Payment takes place after confirmation. Accepted methods are bank transfer or a secure card payment link, both provided after confirmation. Please do not send full card details by email. Be4isbev will never ask you, by form or email, for internet banking passwords, PINs, one-time authentication codes, full card details or card security codes.

Session duration and arrival

Each service runs for its stated duration. We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your confirmed start time to get organised. A significant late arrival may reduce the remaining session time where later confirmed bookings make an extension impractical.

Court use and coaching

Court Hire is for independent play, with no coach included. Coaching sessions are coach-led, with drills selected according to your experience and the agreed focus. No particular result is guaranteed.

Participant conduct

While on site, please follow reasonable staff instructions, respect neighbouring playing areas, keep belongings clear of the playing space, avoid deliberately striking court structures, avoid climbing on nets or court structures, stop using damaged equipment, and report any damage or hazards to staff.

Participants under 16

Participants under 16 must attend with a parent, legal guardian or responsible adult unless another arrangement has been confirmed by Be4isbev in advance.

Equipment

Players may use their own suitable padel equipment. Padel racket hire is available for NZ$5 per racket, per session (incl. GST), subject to availability.

Taking part safely and accessibility

Participants should consider whether they can take part safely in sporting activity. If a practical access requirement may affect how a session needs to be organised, contact Be4isbev before booking so available arrangements can be discussed.

Damage

You are responsible for any deliberate or reckless damage you cause to courts, equipment or facilities, to the extent permitted by law.

Your consumer rights

Services supplied to consumers in New Zealand may be subject to the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Our services must meet the applicable statutory guarantees, including being carried out with reasonable care and skill and being fit for an agreed purpose where those guarantees apply. We do not contract out of mandatory consumer rights in ordinary consumer transactions. Where a service does not meet the applicable legal guarantees, the available remedies depend on the circumstances and the seriousness of the problem.

Fair trading

We aim to describe our services and prices accurately and clearly, in line with the Fair Trading Act 1986. Nothing in these terms is intended to contradict what we say elsewhere on this website.

Change of mind

New Zealand law does not provide a general cooling-off period or an automatic refund if you change your mind about an ordinary service booking. Once a booking has been confirmed, the commercial cancellation policy below applies to ordinary change-of-mind cancellations. Mandatory rights under applicable New Zealand law remain unaffected.

Cancellation and rescheduling

The following are Be4isbev’s commercial booking terms. They do not remove mandatory legal remedies.
48 hours or more before the confirmed session — you may choose a full refund, or one reschedule at no additional charge.
Between 24 and 48 hours before the session — no ordinary change-of-mind refund; one reschedule at no additional charge, with the new time subject to availability.
Less than 24 hours before the session — no ordinary change-of-mind refund; free rescheduling is not guaranteed. Exceptional circumstances may be considered individually; this is not a guaranteed entitlement.
No-show — if you do not attend without cancelling, the session is treated as used under the commercial cancellation policy, and no ordinary change-of-mind refund is provided.
Nothing in this cancellation policy limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under New Zealand law.

Cancellation by Be4isbev

If Be4isbev cancels a confirmed session and cannot provide the agreed service, we will offer a suitable replacement date, or a full refund for the affected service.

Court or equipment unavailable

If an operational issue prevents a confirmed service from being provided, we will offer an equivalent arrangement where genuinely available; otherwise we will offer a new date, or a full refund for the affected service. We do not charge for a service that cannot be supplied.

Coach unavailable

If a coaching service cannot proceed because the coach is unavailable, we will offer another suitable date, or a full refund for the affected coaching session.

Service quality issues

If you believe a service has not met the applicable consumer guarantees, we will not rely solely on the commercial cancellation policy. The issue will be assessed according to the applicable Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 remedies.

Events outside our control

For circumstances outside our reasonable control, we will communicate promptly, prioritise practical rescheduling where possible, and preserve your mandatory consumer rights.

How to cancel

Cancellation requests go to info@be4isbev.com and should include your customer name, the service, the confirmed date and the confirmed start time.
